Our goal
Prairie Glow wanted to increase online skincare sales and improve returning customer retention. We focused on Shopify optimization, email marketing automation, and paid social campaigns to drive sustainable e-Commerce growth.
We audited their Shopify store and discovered several conversion blockers including slow mobile performance, inconsistent product layouts, and weak product descriptions. We redesigned the storefront with a cleaner buying experience focused on trust and simplicity.
Customers weren’t fully understanding the benefits of Prairie Glow’s skincare products. We rewrote product copy, improved visuals, and added customer reviews and before-after content to increase confidence during checkout.
Instead of relying only on new customers, we implemented abandoned cart flows, welcome email sequences, and repeat-purchase campaigns. This helped turn first-time buyers into loyal repeat customers.
Within 3 months, Prairie Glow increased online sales by 310% and improved repeat customer purchases by 46%. Their Shopify store became a scalable sales engine that continued growing month after month.
